All our products are made to order.

We do not guarantee that product appearance will exactly match what you see on your screen.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS & CANCELLATIONS 

When you place an order, you make an offer to purchase.

Orders cannot be modified or cancelled once production has started.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order.

SECTION 4 - RETURNS & REFUNDS

Returns and refunds are governed by our Refund Policy .

Due to the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns except in cases of defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

You are responsible for any customs or import fees applicable in your country.

Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or external factors.

Risk passes to you once the product is handed to the carrier.

All content (designs, images, branding) belongs to Divine Vision Art and may not be used without permission.

Your purchase is made with Divine Vision Art, not with Shopify.
