Returns & Refund Policy

All our products are made to order. For this reason, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

As our items are custom-made, they are not eligible for returns under applicable consumer protection laws.

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery at pepepsi.1803@gmail.comand include clear photos of the issue so we can evaluate it.

If the issue is confirmed, we will offer a replacement or a refund at no additional cost.

We do not accept returns for any other reasons, including change of mind, improper use, or normal wear and tear.

Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method within up to 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
